Ian Cox has extensive business law experience and specialises in articulating his client’s objectives and developing appropriate strategies for achieving them. He is also an expert in the more traditional legal work of structuring deals, drafting agreements and advising on legal compliance.

Ian is a course convenor for forms of business enterprise at the Law Society of South Africa’s School for Legal Practice.
